We normally dispatch parcels within a few days of ordering, if we are very busy we will put a note on the website to advise. All of our parcels come as standard Royal Mail tracked 48 but if you require a quicker delivery then please message us before you place and order and we can give you an estimation based on current stock levels

Absolutely, we have designed many bows for clients to match a particular outfit. Search 'bespoke bow' and you should find the option with a few examples but please get in touch to discuss your particular design.

When we ship your order you will receive a despatch notification to the registered email address. All parcels are tracked using Royal Mail so if your parcel has not arrived within 72 hours of the notification then please do get in touch.

Yes this is not a problem, if we notice two orders from the same person and being sent to the same location we will always package as one item and refund the shipping for the second item.

In most circumstances we can modify orders before shipping, unfortunately once the item has been shipped we cannot modify. Please get in touch if you need assistance.
